The ideal candidate will have extensive social media and digital advertising/advertising agency experience, including:
A minimum of 4 years’ account management experience in supporting and delivering marketing services for medium and large organisations
Exceptional copywriting skills and attention to detail
Creative flair and out-of-the-box thinking
The ability to offer a consultative approach to our client work.

A solid understanding of social media and digital advertising platforms, including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Google Ads

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from a variety of backgrounds and at different levels
Impeccable timekeeping. You will often be working to tight client deadlines so you need to be able to work quickly and efficiently without compromising on quality
Strong copywriting and editing skills, an eye for grammar, and knowledge of how to craft successful social media content using effective storytelling techniques
Knowledge and understanding of algorithms and search engine optimisation
Skills in marketing data, interpreting statistics, and communicating actionable insights
Responsibilities:
Typical day-to-day activities could include:
Overseeing ongoing tasks and project work delivered by team members across social media and digital advertising platforms.
Supporting the creative development and creation of engaging organic social media strategies
Reviewing and refining paid digital advertising activity for clients
Monitoring, tracking, analysing and reporting on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
Supporting our Social Media experts with creative ideas and content creation for channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
Supporting the winning of new business by being involved in pitching to prospects, but also by up-selling to existing clients
